Our coffee sugars are manufactured using a traditional technique called [Static Crystalization] where flavoring compounds (caramel) are added to sugar crystals and set aside to crystallize over a period of 2 weeks. This technique is not possible for other product manufacturers to replicate. We are the largest manufacturer of coffee sugar in Japan with a majority share in the consumer market.
